A short summary of the phases and tasks to be completed within each phase is as follows:
1) Definition Phase “Create the Project Infrastructure and Scope Definition”
* Document the Project Management Plan & Project Charter; * Prepare Project Work plan; * Install Database (Vision, Development & Production Instances); * Conduct Super Users Training.
2) Operations Analysis Phase “Complete the Requirements Mapping Through a Prototyping Approach”
* Develop Business Requirements (Future Business Practices); * Design Key Flex Field Structures; * Complete Prototype Setup Documents; * Setup Prototype System; * Map Business Requirements; * Conduct Prototype Practice Sessions and Testing; * Perform Reporting and Integration Fit Analysis; * Document Additional Business Requirements; * Document High Level Customization List.
